This idea was born when my daughter crafted a tiny mailbox out of paper and hung it proudly on her door. Every week, I’d slip in goofy notes or a simple “Daddy loves you” message to brighten her day.

Eventually, her little handmade mailbox would wear down and it was time to craft a new one. After a few rounds of this, I thought, “Why not just buy one?” To my surprise, I couldn’t find anything like it online!

And that’s how the Ellie's Notes Mailbox came to be. After lots of designs and prototypes, we finally made something we love—and we hope it brings as much joy to your family as it has to ours!
