What is Ellie’s Notes Mailbox?

Ellie’s Notes Mailbox is a fun, interactive mailbox designed to help parents and kids connect through handwritten notes, surprises, and messages.

What materials are the mailboxes made of?

We manufacture each mailbox ourselves using high-quality PLA through 3D printing. PLA is a durable, eco-friendly material made from renewable resources like cornstarch, ensuring a lightweight yet sturdy mailbox built to last.

What size are the mailboxes?

Each mailbox measures at 7" W x 5.25" H x 2.4" D and is designed to be mounted on walls or doors.

Can I personalize the mailbox?

Yes! We offer a personalized version where you can add a child’s name or custom text.

How do I install the mailbox?

Our mailboxes come with an easy-to-use adhesive backing for a secure hold. Simply peel, stick, and press for a few seconds on a clean surface.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders generally take 1-2 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods.

We ship from California and shipping times vary depending on your location.

Please stick to the shipping timeline we offer at checkout as the final 'expected' delivery timeline.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we ship only to the United States and Canada. However, we are definitely considering adding international destinations in the near future.

Where is my package?

Please allow us about 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your package is shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate before your order ships.

My package is not delivered.

If your package is lost during the delivery process, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible. We will handle the issue and find a solution so that you can receive the package as soon as possible.

However, if our shipping carrier attempts delivery to your destination but you don’t get it for not being present, putting in the wrong address, or moving without notifying us, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the re-shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your mailbox! If there’s an issue, please contact us within 30 days for returns or exchanges. Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

To initiate a return please email us at support@elliesnotes.shop. Note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.

My mailbox arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
