What is your return policy?

We want you to love your mailbox! If there’s an issue, please contact us within 30 days for returns or exchanges. Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

To initiate a return please email us at support@elliesnotes.shop. Note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us.

My mailbox arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate before your order ships.

How do I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
